How do I install Anthony AI in my Teams workspace?

Search for "Anthony AI" in the Microsoft Teams app store and click Add. Once installed, open a chat with Anthony AI and follow the onboarding steps. No admin permissions or IT background required.

How does Vision remote support work?

When you need hands-on help, Anthony AI walks you through downloading a lightweight desktop app. You'll get a one-time verification code to paste into your Teams chat. Once connected, Anthony AI can see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard to fix the issue, and you can watch everything in real time. Sessions are capped at 20 minutes, and you can stop at any time.

What platforms does Vision support?

Vision is available for both Windows and macOS. The desktop companion app works on Windows 11 and macOS 26.

What's included in my plan?

Core ($24.99/mo) includes 200 chats and 20 Vision minutes per month. Pro ($49.99/mo) includes 400 chats and 60 Vision minutes. Both plans include the full knowledge base, document creation, and web search. Vision overage is $0.99 per minute on Core and $0.89 per minute on Pro.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Just ask Anthony AI in your Teams chat: say something like "I want to cancel" and it will handle the rest. You can also email support@anthonyai.com and we'll take care of it. No contracts, no hassle.

Is my data secure during Vision sessions?

All Vision connections are encrypted end-to-end through Cloudflare Zero Trust. Screenshots are processed in real time and never stored. The session requires a one-time code that expires after use, and you can terminate the session instantly at any time by closing the app.
