How Vision minutes work.
Each Vision remote support session runs up to 20 minutes. If you need more time, paste a new code and say "keep going." Overage is $0.99 per minute on Core and $0.89 per minute on Pro beyond your included monthly minutes.

Is this a guaranteed fix?
Anthony AI provides best-effort IT support. Most common issues are resolved directly. When a problem is beyond what Anthony can safely handle, you get a full diagnostic summary to hand to a specialist.
